Operator Network · backframe.network

Your audience is already asking. We build the answer.

Backframe builds, writes, and launches your digital product end to end. You stay the face of everything. We stay in the background. No upfront cost, we only earn when you do.

The gap

You built the trust. Not the business.

Your followers comment, save, share, and slide into your DMs asking for something to buy, join, or learn from. And every month you post for free, that demand goes unanswered.

A

Building a product means weeks of structuring, writing, recording, and platform setup. That is time you do not have, because the content cannot stop.

B

Sales pages, email sequences, and launch plans are a craft of their own. Get them wrong and even a great product sells nothing.

C

Agencies want retainers before they have earned anything. You carry all the risk. They get paid either way.

Shadow operating

Your name on everything. Ours on nothing.

Behind the frame · Backframe

What stays invisible

  • The product, built end to end
  • Sales page, emails, and scripts in your voice
  • Platform, checkout, and delivery configured
  • No watermark. No co-branding. No trace.
What your audience sees

Only you

  • Your name on the product
  • Your face on the launch
  • Your voice in every word
  • Revenue straight to your account

We never touch your accounts, never appear next to your brand, and never interfere with your content. Your audience sees one thing: you, finally selling something worth buying.

What we build

Three services. One package. Everything handled.

We never sell these separately. A Backframe project means all three, end to end, until your product is live and selling.

01

Product Creation

We research what your audience actually wants, structure the product, and create every piece of content inside it. Courses, communities, coaching programs, templates, guides, memberships.

  • Market and audience research
  • Full product structure and curriculum
  • Scripts, lessons, workbooks, bonuses
02

Launch Marketing

Every word your launch needs, written in your voice. We study your content until the copy reads like you wrote it on your best day.

  • Complete launch strategy and timeline
  • Sales page and full email sequence
  • Video scripts and social content
03

Full Setup

You receive a finished, live product. Not a checklist, not a tutorial. Checkout tested, payments connected to your account, delivery automated.

  • Platform selection and complete build
  • Checkout, pricing, and payment processing
  • Automated delivery and buyer onboarding

The process

From first call to live product in one to two weeks.

Phase 1

Discovery call

One call. We map your audience, what they keep asking for, and what a partnership looks like. If the fit is not strong, we both walk away, no hard feelings. If it is, we agree the revenue split and start immediately.

Phase 2

Research and strategy

We study your content library, engagement patterns, and the market around you. You get a clear product brief: what it is, what it contains, what it costs, where it lives. Nothing gets built until you approve it.

Phase 3

Build and marketing

We create the full product and the complete marketing package in parallel. You review both. Revisions until everything sounds like you and represents the product accurately.

Phase 4

Setup and handover

We build everything on the platform, test the checkout, and walk you through what exists and how it works. The product is live and ready to sell before you post a single thing.

Phase 5

Launch and beyond

You post the content and send the emails. We stay on call through the whole launch window. Afterwards we review the numbers together and plan the next move. You control all publishing. We never touch your accounts.

The model

We get paid when you do. Not before.

No fees. No retainers. No invoices. Backframe earns a percentage of the revenue your product generates, agreed on the first call and confirmed in writing. If the launch flops, you owe us nothing and we eat the work. That is the deal.

Nothing to lose

No budget, no financial risk, no downside if the product underperforms. Saying yes costs you a call and a few reviews.

Same side of the table

A weak product or a sloppy launch costs us exactly as much as it costs you. We are incentivised to build the best possible product, because it is the only way we get paid.

Confidence you can verify

Working for no upfront payment says more than any portfolio: we believe your launch will succeed enough to stake our compensation on it.

Fit

We are selective, because we only win when you do.

You, probably, if

  • You have been creating consistently for 12+ months
  • Your audience is engaged: comments, saves, shares, DMs
  • Followers have asked for something to buy or join
  • You teach something real: fitness, finance, business, productivity, content
  • You know you should be monetising but have not acted, or tried and stalled

Not yet, if

  • You are still early, with a small or passive audience
  • You already run a product business that works
  • You want to micromanage the build instead of delegating it
  • Your content is pure entertainment with nothing to teach

A creator with 20,000 followers who trust them beats one with 500,000 who scroll past. We qualify on engagement, not follower count.

Questions

Asked before every partnership.

Will it actually sound like me?

That is the entire point. We build a tone and language profile from your existing content before writing a word, and you review everything. Nothing goes live until you read it and feel like you wrote it.

What does it cost me?

Nothing upfront, ever. We agree a percentage of gross revenue on the discovery call and confirm it in writing. You only pay out of money the product actually makes.

How much of my time does this take?

One call, a few asynchronous reviews, and the launch itself. You approve the brief, approve the materials, then post the content and send the emails. We handle everything in between.

Do you need access to my accounts?

No. We never post on your behalf or log into your social accounts. You control all publishing. Revenue flows directly to your own payment account, not through ours.

What if the launch flops?

Then we both walk away empty-handed and you keep the product. We take that risk seriously, which is why we are selective about who we work with in the first place.

Why are there no testimonials on this page?

Because we will not fabricate them, and our partnerships are confidential by design. Shadow operating means no public client list. The revenue share model is the proof: we only earn if the work performs.

Start

One call. That is the whole ask.

Fifteen minutes on Google Meet. We map your audience and tell you honestly whether there is a product worth building. If there is not, you lose nothing. If there is, it can be live in two weeks.

No pitch deck. No commitment. No upfront cost.
